We have been working within the recruitment and staff rental industry with my team for more than 15 years. One of the main things we have learned during this time is that employment is a very personal matter – both for employer and the employee.
In almost all cases the success of the employment and the project lies in the quality of the personal contact and good understanding of each other’s needs. Work is such a big part of our lives, and in order for a good employment relationship to succeed, all the small details have to work out.
Over the last decade free movement of labour has become widespread and popular – people from all sectors, from CxO levels to builders, welders, cooks and factory workers, are looking for new challenges and places to live and work in. This has built a base for a totally new way of recruitment and staffing – a digital one. We at Worxia have brought together our experience in personal ways of building relationships, free labour movement and all rules and regulations involved in recruitment and staffing, and have combined this with a large workforce database. Our mission is to bring down the cost of recruitment and staffing in the whole industry and make it more accessible for everyone.

With an existing workforce database in the Nordics, Worxia can also move staff within Finland, Sweden or Norway based on the need thanks to the preparation level of the staff in those countries.
