We are Trondecom OÜ, a company established and existing under laws of Estonia, with registry code 14298316
, located at Harjumaa, Rae vald, Peetri alevik, Salu tee 65/1-7, 75312, (hereinafter “Trondecom”, “we”, “us” and “our”) and we operate an online marketplace connecting Companies intending to fill their job vacancies with selected job seekers (“Candidates”), whereas the connection is made through an digital recruitment agency platform www.worxia.com and its applications.
Trondecom respects the privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that Candidate shares with Trondecom. Hereby we will give an overview of the data being collected, the legal basis for the processing of personal data, how we use personal data, third parties involved in the processing of Candidate’s personal data, safeguards applied in order to secure Candidate’s data, the Company’s obligations in relation to the Candidate’s data processing and Candidate’s rights regarding the collected data.
Trondecom process only such personal data which has been obtained directly from the Candidate.
In order to provide Candidate with the app downloading link, we collect and process Candidate’s e-mail address or telephone number, depending on which he chooses to provide us. If the Candidate decides to create a profile in order to use Trondecom service, then he is requested to provide his location, current work position and information concerning his work experience. We will not share this personal Candidate information with any Company.
During provision of service to the Candidate, we drequest disclosure of Candidate’s name, or any other identifying data. However, if Candidate decides to share his contact details or other personal data with the Company via Trondecom chatroom, then such data shall be collected and processed by Trondecom and also the Company such information is shared with. Trondecom does not use the personal data received via chatroom for any specific purpose and will delete this data as soon as parties have decided to leave the chatroom.
Trondecom conducts data processing activities only during provision of Trondecom service provided via the app or website. For avoidance of doubt, Trondecom does not process any data in relation to Candidate and Company communication outside of the Trondecom app and website. Candidate agrees and confirms that he will share his personal data to Trondecom and Company to the minimum extent possible and Company agrees and confirms that it will process any personal data received from the Candidate either via Trondecom platform (including but not limited to the chatroom) or outside of it only under explicit consent of the Candidate, while granting and protecting all applicable data protection rights of the Candidate.
We may use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Trondecom service. Web analytic service providers analyse the usage of the Trondecom website/app and services so that Trondecom could improve and amend our website/app and function thereof. At the moment of accepting these Terms of Service, personal data is transferred to following web analytic service providers:
– Google Analytics, Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, e-mail address email@example.com;
– Fabric Analytics, Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org;

Trondecom will retain Candidate’s personal data for no longer than it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which the data were initially collected or processed. Candidate’s personal data shall be deleted at latest upon uninstalling the Worxia app.
Trondecom is using session cookies while operating the website www.worxia.com. Cookies are small data files stored on the user’s computer, smartphone or other end device. Cookies help Trondecom to monitor and improve the functionality and usage of the website and app.
Trondecom platform user (the Company or the Candidate) can delete or block cookies through his browser settings at any time. However, some cookies might be necessary for the functionality of the Worxia website/app. Therefore, the user understands that when blocking or deleting the cookies some features of the website might not function correctly. Candidate has the right to request access, erasure and removal of its personal data from Trondecom active files in the event the law prescribes such right. Candidate is also entitled to raise concerns about the handling of his personal data to us or to a Data Protection Supervisory Authority.

With an existing workforce database in the Nordics, Worxia can also move staff within Finland, Sweden or Norway based on the need thanks to the preparation level of the staff in those countries.
Worxia, in co-operation with our partners (staff rental), covers the whole process from mapping the long term needs of the employers, scouting and preparing the targeted workforce, interviewing, taking care of the required permits and certifications, and creating proper living conditions for the staff – so the employer can focus on their business.
